Sam was super helpful with getting some new wheels and tires on my car and made the whole process super smooth. Dropped the car off and he hadn’t it ready for pick up within a couple hours. He even ordered wheels to the shop for me and they were there before I even initially left!

Went to Best Buy. Sub blew out after 2 days. Donovan at Jokers Audio knew almost immediately what the problem was. And was very helpful in helping me get a new sub put in. Tuned it and everything. Sounds incredible! Will for sure be going back.

My experience today was great. The guy on the register was very helpful to me. He got everything that I came for done so quickly that I asked to upgrade my lights. This was very good service. Even after explaining my new radio system to me I forgot and he did a second lesson for me.

First time experience went great. I was sold a dash kit for my mustang. Upon ordering it, I expected to wait a week before it arrived, I was very surprised to hear that they could get most items in by the end of their business day. The kit came in on time as expected, even with it being a holiday week. Install went well, I was even contacted by phone to see how my install went. I will be returning later this month to do more business, highly recommended.
